Things I've read on here have said that in FM07, Germany and the Netherlands don't have national teams due to licencing issues, however I've noticed that in the 2014 World Cup that both countries have a team representing them, albeit filled largely with Grays.

So is it that they shouldn't have teams at all, or just that the national teams don't field the 'proper' players?
