Where are all the scouts? It's unbeleivable but already the game appears completely unplayable in it's current form to a LLMer.
I'm managing Barrow in Conference North.
I haven't got a scout so I think ok, no prob, I'll just advertise and sign some carp bloke who is unemployed.
So the advert goes in at the job centre and I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait and nobody applies for the job.
It sounds dodgy so I look at the other clubs in Conference North.
Boston, Nuneaton, Solihull, Southport, Vauxhall, Worcester & Hucknall have 1 scout each and Kettering the greedy buggars have 2. The remaining 14 teams in the league do not have a single scout between them.
With that in mind I look at thestaff search screen which I haven't done for as long as I can remember now.
Filter on scouts only. 579 staff in my region found.
Filter on is not employed. 268 staff found.
Filter on Ass Man filter out unrealistic targets. 217 found.
Filter on reputation is obscure, (lowest). 119 found.
SO we have 119 scouts with the lowest poossible reputation in the game who seem unwilling to work at a club in the Conference North.
