This isn't just about Brazilians but other foreign players particularly Africans and south Americans. A lot of eastern European teams start with one or two such players bought directly from their home country but its very hard to get up to being allowed to scout the world with such a club. Is there a legal LLM of looking for this type of player.

My girlfriend had a Brazilian the other day. It was scouted properly and discovered to have great potential, so I got a hand on it pretty quick...

You could always send your scout to the local airport just in case but that's as close to Brazil as he should get.

In my defence it was used once, a week after FM had come out, in order to allow Holland and Germany to field national teams. And the 'editting' consisted of modifying what I thought would have the least impact, if any on gameplay, that of modifying the reputation of Chelski by 1.
Admittedly, using the editor is wrong when abused, but surely use of the editor in such a minor way, when I knew it as the only way to correct these licensing issues, is not too bad a thing, and can surely be looked over.
Yes, as the cosmo-poof stated to me on IRC, 'Its the principle', but I don't see what I've done here that is overly bad. I'm sure that 90% of LLMers have cheated, if just once, in a minor way, even if its just looking up how injury prone scouse poof is doing in 2012 using the olayer search. Is this really in the same class as changing my team to 20 abilities throughout? I think not.
SO basically don't chastise me. I did no wrong.

Oh and I suggest a mod leave this for a day for all to see before editting it as it contains a showing of how to cheat the licensing system.
