My starter for 10:
Local players without a club approaching me for a trial. This would obviously have to be based on some relationship between the player's reputation and the club's. I wouldn't expect to see players released from the Premier League knocking on my door when I'm in the Conference Regionals, but maybe those released from League 2 and the Conference...

Better day-to-day involvement and interaction with the squad.

For example, informal discussions with players. I hate having to formally warn players for some things I might rather address in private.

Personally I'd like daily training reports of sorts - who did well, who didn't, what niggles there were etc...

Referees actually acting upon time wasting. I'm sick to the back teeth of my forwards passing the ball up to three times to an absolutely static GK several times a game.

It would be nice to see a little less aquaplaning in the game. I agree it happens in real life, but it happens to all of us in LLM far to often in my opinion, I'm sure its not our players eating excessive amounts of Christmas Pud and drinking to much over the Holidays.
The game is difficult enough, so if we manage to get near the top in our games it would be nice to stay there. Adjusting the team’s rankings game by game instead of mid season might address this issue. (If indeed this is the case)

Better assistant feedback regarding training and potential ability - I know more about players from other teams than I do about my own.

Better scout feedback about where players would fit. Thanks for telling me that player X is "almost as good as" my best Y, but is he as good as my 3rd best? My 5th best?

The option to keep scouting reports around for longer than 1 year. It would be nice to not have to go in every month and make sure good players aren't falling off the radar.

I agree about player interaction. I'd like to handle more things in-house rather than going to the press.

Would 3D be too much to ask for?

Also, the ability to wager on games not involving my own team. Would love to have a rooting interest in waiting for the latest results of the blabbity-blah cup.

Additional tweaking of club/manager reputation. As it stands, you can have a blinder of a season, storm the league despite being predicted last, get to the semi finals of the cup and have every member of your team called up for their international squads (possible exaggeration) and neither your nor the club's reputation seems to change the slightest bit.

And then the U-20s won the cup and my reputation improved. Like, huh?

Oh, and Colonypod, 3D isn't a LLM issue at all and the 'wager on games' bit is frankly a stupid idea. If you're that desperate for something to entertain you about cup matches, just watch them in-game.

A little more depth in leagues like the Greek one which only has two tiers in-game at the moment.
