been reading these forums for a couple years, but this is my first post,so be easy if this this has been answered before, just one thing, when starting as new LLM manager,do u have to put your real nationality? ex. I'm Bosnian, and frank sent me to Yeading, now I'm thinking can i put english as my second nationality, because of the language and it seem bit unrealistic for english club to hire some unknown 27 yr.old bosnian manager,oh and do u guys put your real age...hmm so for the sake of relity, that would mean that LLM is at least25+ game ok. thats it,and sorry for english (see what i mean, what english club would hire me )
Well i would put your age in, but it doesn't really matter, as if your too young i think you default to 30 anyway.
As for the nationalities i think that you should put your actual nationality. But i don't think you can put your second as English, i guess its not a big no-no though.
You will probably find that after a few games you will have gained English(Basic) as your language. Plus some of your players might pick up your native tounge.
I'm English, but my dad is from Wales so i have Wales and my second nationality.
I don't think it really matters what nationality you pick unless you plan to be an international manager at some point where it would be handy to be of that nationality. As you can speak english it would be sensible to have a second nationality of an english speaking country so you do have that language.
I don't see a problem in sticking your second nationality as English.
What I do think you need to look into though is your grammar. Not everyone here speaks English as their first language so no capital letters, full stops and "u" instead of "you" can be kind of annoying.
I always use a name and nationality suitable to the country I'm going to manage in. I pick a realistic age for a manager without experience too (mid-thirties).
OK. i've been thinking of 30 yrs default also, and glad to see that i can pick english as sec. nat. purely for the reality(i dont have any ambitions to be english national team manager,i actualy hope to end my career aimelessly roaming thru conference football :cool, but i realy dont believe that any english club would hire some unknown foreign manager whos best conection with england is watching monty python on tv. anyways thanks for replies:thup:
