I put English as my nationality as I am English, but I don't put anything else as my second language, usually. As for age, I'm too young to be a football manager, so I put my birthdate and let it default to thirty years.
Also, I agree with the seperate language instead of second nationality. It's a good idea.

Does it accept your date of birth Kriss, or is there a cutoff before 1900? |

What I did for my current save, and I may do it in future, is have English as my first nationality and then wherever I'm starting out as my second nationality.
I can't say I've noticed any side-effects to my concoction. And frankly, it's not as if there are so few people in the world with multiple passports (of the legal variety) that it's hugely unrealistic either.

Hence, I can't be bothered to make an effort to try and decipher what you write.

I usually set myself as Australian for patriotic reasons, and second nationality to the league I'm starting in to preserve the illusion of realism.
I wonder if there are actually any Australian managers of professional teams outside Australia at the moment. There were some in Singapore or Malaysia at one stage. I know of one who had a crack in Greece and lasted about the average tenure of a Greek manager (2 months ).

Hi miki071
I'd probably stick to your own nationality. You are Bosnian, and although it might be a little unrealistic for a Bosnian national to be managing a lower league team, it's no more unrealistic than a 15 year old kid doing the same. It's a game after all, so you might as well be true to your roots!
Same thing for your age - go for whatever makes you happier. Some people choose to play a character (I do this too) and others play as themselves.

I used to use the nationality of the country I start in and a fictious birthdate for the same reason as Kriss, but recently I use my real nationality Australian and a second of Croatian as that is where my folks emmigrated from.

I use my real birthdate, my real nationality (Aus) and Solomon Islands as my second nationality for no reason whatsoever. |
