We were very tidy at the back, conceding few. However we were scoring few as well and became masters of the 0-0 draw. Our results meant we kept slipping further and further down the table. If the season was a game longer I expect I would have relegated my 3rd team in 5 seasons. The board aren’t impressed though and if we don’t start well next season I may be job hunting anyway. We picked up Underachivers award and the Worst signing for my Slovenian 23yo AMLC who I signed in January.

A slight improvement on last season, so slight that I was still nail baiting at the end of the season. We never won more than 2 games on the trot all season, and our flirtation with the relegation zone almost turned into a full-blown affair. Then for the last 3 games, the team played some football, which isn’t my style, and we stayed up again.
