It's been a while since I've been active in this forum. I have lots of time now and will be posting some new thingy's
Those familiar with my posts from the past, know that I'm mostly about textures in Photoshop. I create most of them
but I've been doing a lot of photographing textures and using them on objects, or as objects in illustrations. I'd be happy to show anyone interested
how I get some texture effects, but be warned, my use of photoshop for illustration could be considered ' unconventional' and to purists, I may even
be objectionable. So be it...who cares.
This post is an object ( don't know what it's supposed to be ) just a shape. It has an enamel coating that is cracking and eroding. All effects are done
with basic PS, No imported textures. The crackle was done using brushes made in PS.
I work with PSCS3, but all my stuff can be done with practically any version.
