Well its the first time i've visited this forum, but if you read the "rules"(cant think of another way to say it) for this bit, its for managers who take charge of teams in the lowest possible divison i'e North/South Conference or Belguim Division 3 etc.

The problem is not that he started in the conference, more "What's the point of this thread?".
