After around a year with no internet, moving house twice and allsorts of other stuff, ive come on here today to see the game is out friday!

Anyway, although i didnt used to post much on here, i always read quite a bit and tried the lower leagues out quite a lot, especially foreign countries as its a complete stab in the dark. Anyway, is there any new leagues for us to try in the game this time round?

i asked if there was any new ones, i didnt mention 07 at all, i didnt say i'd played everyone available, i didnt say i was bored of the current ones, i just wondered if there was any new leagues on we could try.

Well, craigjuk, if you want to play a game of words, I'll just go along.

The term "new" can mean quite a lot of things. Of course, it can be used in a way that means "addition". There are other meanings for it too though - for example, it can be used as "unused", or "unaccustomed". It can also mean, that an existing thing has just changed its appearance.

So, if you have never played in a league except the ones in UK, then almost every country - even if it had been included in previous versions of FM - would be "new" to you.

On the other hand, maybe "new" does refer to the leagues, and not their appearance in FM? In this case, even if FM 08 would feature additional leagues, they might not necessarily be new. After all, lots of leagues have existed for many years.

So, if you want a specific answer, why don't you ask a more specific question? You are mentioning quite a lot about what you didn't say. Well, in this case, there are lots of things we didn't answer. Enjoy. :cool:

So, if you go to the doctor's and ask him "can you help me with my pain?", and he asks you back "Where is the pain located?", it's regarded as rude?

Obviously, there are bigger differences in mentality than I thought. Over here, it's custom to check if you have all required facts before you can answer a question properly. But then again, this didn't help in any world war so far.

Just because it contains a question about Lower Leagues available doesn't make it a Lower Leagues question.
