Default Computer crash
Windows XP on an HP Pavilion. Had to use Restore. PS 7 still on computer but cannot open program. Get a message "could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like part of the back end system for Adobe got damaged. I would just remove PS and reinstall... good chance you can't restore it without simply installing again.
