I have had two young players that claim to be unhappy with the current training regime.

I have tried moving them from general to some of the others but they stay unhappy.

Is there a solution?

its normally their workload, try dropping it down to light, they should be fine after that.

If I drop the workload it will change for all the players training under that type.

There is no individual training.

go into training and set up a custom one, then move the players into that. you can select what you want them to work on and what workload they have. that should do it
