Is it possible that you have two different savegames that you play, one with no transfer windows enabled, other disabled. As there is only one preference file for the two if you disable it on one, then load up your other game it will also be disabled on that

hmmm...not too sure Chuz. I know when I set it up with only one save game and it got disabled somehow then also

Ok well thats not the prob then. If you can manage to narrow it down to a specific date try uploading your savegame (saved a few days prior) somewhere so we can have a look at it. I find rapidsharing quick and easy

Thats the problem it doesnt always happen on the same date, sometimes in my experience its a few weeks, then a few months or once or twice its not been til the next season. theres no consistency

I'm having this exact problem too, very annoying.

I've given up trying to isolate the problem now. I tried every permutation when starting a new game;

-Different clubs/nations
-With KingReoCokers pictures&logos, with the up to date Changes.txt from here
-With neither of the above
-On a freshly formatted memstick

None of which work.

Oh well, just have to live without disabling it sadly
