Is it possible to pick penalty takers? Milan Baros has already missed quite a few and I'd like someone else to be my penalty taker but can't find the option anywhere!

It is not possible for you to select your penalty taker. The game automatically chooses your best penalty taker to take them.

if thats the case how come when i went to a penalty shootout my goalkeeper was selected to take one?

Well Ridley, going by what Kenners has just said, your team must have been pretty bad and your goalkeeper seemed to be one of the best penalty takers. Did he score?

i cant remember now as it was a while back but if i remember right i had some top quality players in my squad. But then again if it had been the legend Jose Luis Chilavert i would have understood!!!
