The only annoying thing for me about FMH07 is the fact that transfers need to be completed well in advance of deadline day. I had a player agree a contract and then have the transfer cancelled because the deadline passed. On the PC version extra time is allowed around deadline day.
Also it's annoying when you're signing players and getting rid of players in the same day when your squad capacity is full. Too many times I've had transfers cancelled as my squad is full when all it needed was for me to confirm the sale of another player/release of a youth player.
