I have just started a game with barnet in league two. As always I just see my assitant has to say about my squad. He said one of my goalkeepers i should transfer list, so I did. When i go to offer him to other clubs he said he is a decent player and one for the future. What should i do. This has happened with a few of my squad.

i always take into consideration what he says and if he says sell them i sell them unless i like the look of the player and i send them out on loan for a season to see how they develop.
