I'm playing as Reading, and having finished mid table in my first 3 seasons, got up to the giddy heights of 7th in my 4th. Managed to sign some top stars on frees last summer such as Scholes, Solari and Buffon. Now have added Walcott, Agbonlahor and Pique.

However, season after season my wage budget has been constricted. First season it was 160k per week now it's down to 110k per week. I've had to release a bunch of players every summer in order to keep wages down, even though I'm in the black in transfer fees and have brought success to the club.

Why?

Reading have a relatively small fan catchment area and a similarly compact stadium at the start of the game - establishing them as a larger club will unfortunately take some time ... but it is possible if you continue to do well.

i was bankrupt before and even had a warning that the club may close down but it never happened - is it possible that it could actually happen or we just get sacked and replaced?
