I am thinking about buying a PSP to play Football manager handheld. I want to be behind my pc a bit less and maybe it is a good alternative as I want to play football manager. People who have the game, what do you think of it? Is it a good alternative if you want a faster game, yet want the same fun compared to the pc version?

I would say the psp is great,the handheld football manager games are brilliant. i do not know what i would do with out those games. My friend has the PC versions and says there great but i personally think there a bit to much in depth for me as i like to know my squad/tatics/training inside out and there is just to much stuff to get involved in on the PC versions. only my opinion though.

Also FMHH2007 was great, but FMHH08 has added a few more little treats! i would be very happy if every year they just added a few more little details like they have already done, that way you get to no the game over a period of time rather than having to try to remember it all at once. If this game cost £150 i would have no questions handing over my cash.

I agree with LOZELS.

Though the PC Version is a lot more advanced, it is very tedious playing through the game, whereas wih the Handheld vesion, you can do all the things you expect a managaer to do and can play through a matter of seasons in a day.

I even completed 4 seasons on a 9 1/2 hour journey to Florida so it is a lot quicker to play than the PC.

And, there are many other games on the PSP to play.

For one, the GTA Games, FMH and a whole host of others. Do get a PSP
