1. Unfortunately Dutch is not one of the languages that will in the Xbox 360 version, we are releasing the game with French, Spanish and Italian in addition to the default English language.

2. We are still looking into using the Live Service for updates to the game, but no final decision has been made yet.

3. That's the plan.

your saying that you will release future verisons on 360, will you also release any sort of updates for those who are unable to get their hands on the new release?

I'm guessing no. But you never know, if the 360 gets a bigger hard drive they might release future versions via Xbox Live.
