Scott has already amassed a collection of 16 full priced games for his Xbox 360 so he definitely thinks they're worth getting. He keeps trying to convince me to get one but I'd need a HDTV to go with it too... Gaz, you'll be thrilled when you do make that switch because from the games I've seen - they're so much more impressive looking in HD than on normal televisions.

You may want to leave it a few months until HD content really hits the UK and becomes more mainstream here. The prices will then begin to fall as people move over.

The new Ghost Recon is class on it as is Fight Night Round 3. Also PGR 3 is amazing. The graphics are top notch, i would definately recommend the Xbox 360 to anyone who likes gaming.

Yeah am actually looking at purchasing ghost recon taking my games to 4.

But i am probbaly going to purchase fm2006 for 360 or PSP hmm..

VGA cable is definitely worth purchasing. I bought one for £10 on amazon marketplace and am using my 20.5" tft and can only say WOW.

yeah it's top of my list. will need to wait till payday at the end of the month though as after buying the 360, some games, a new 28 inch TV and getting sky+ put in i'm poor

playing oblivion on my old portable, and now on my new TV, i find myself thinking WOW, this looks amazing. I can't wait to see it on my monitor in a higher res

i dont have hdtv, just hd ready, cant be bothered to get the converter. But im blown away by how outsanding the graphics are. My next purchase is going to be a hdtv so i can get the most out of it. My wife hates the fact that i play games, but slowly and surely im getting her to play games on my old xbox so now she wont be able to say much to me when im sitting in front of the console for hours on end once FM comes out

I got my xbox 360 just after xmas, and had been wondering why I spent £480 getting the core console with 5 games. That was til I got my HD TV last week, and wow, I dont think I've ever played a game that has visuals as amazing as Farcry (other than the original PC version), now I think it was worth every penny. Really looking forward to playing FM on it, I never bothered with the old xbox version, but the 360 out does my pc by miles so I'm hoping FM will be alot faster too!
