a couple of issues that dont sound good about the game. can someone correct me if i can change these things in game

1)apparently instead of a list of stats we now get a crap spider diagram thing, which doesnt sound good.

2)why arent there any pics of the players

The game is a direct port of Football Manager 2006 but also has additional content such as specific features intended for Xbox Live. Of course, because the Xbox 360 uses standard television displays and HDTV we've had to redesign the screens as well as the navigation system to make use of a controller.

Having said all that you'll be pleased to hear the following...

1) The "spider" diagram is an alternative view and a nice graphical representation. You shouldn't really be critical of something you haven't seen yet with your own eyes. You can still see a list of stats and attributes by pressing Up and Down on the D-Pad. Effectively this means the Xbox 360 version has an additional view which the PC version doesn't have.

2) Player pictures are included where licensed.

another thing ive heard is that theres no youth and reserve teams, is this untrue aswell

It sounds like your source has only provided some quick feedback after a short period of play time.

There are Reserve teams and Youth teams in the game.
