Default Creating New Leagues

I just bought FM2006 for my 360 today, as did a friend of mine. We play all the time on the PC against each other and often do many seasons against each other. However we cannot find on xbox live how to play full seasons (and more) and full leagues, both of us in the same league.

All we can find are how to play individual games against each other, but not entire seasons.

Does anyone know if its possible to play entire seasons, or just individual games? If so, how?

Thanks.

I dont think you can play a full season across Live, just mini tournaments?

If that is right, I might just return the game to the shop. Online playing is all I do for Football Manager and its gonna suck if you cant play more than a mini tournament.

True I know, but there are only the 2 of us playing against each other. Not as much fun as playing in a full league.

I hadn't realised that you couldn't play a normal online game. That is highly frustrating. I was hoping to get one going with my brother (bought him a 360 for his 21st) but a watered-down version is a shame. Why was this?

Would have been good being able to play full leagues, but spose that would use a lot of bandwidth wouldnt it?

Its possible it might, I dont know much about that side of things. But for the two of us anyway, we are both running very fast internet connections, so I dont see that that should be a major issue. I dont see why it would be any different from running a several season game on the PC which would be running on the same connection.
