I'm curious as to how the control system will work.

Will one of the Joypad's sticks be used like the mouse. (you move a pointer with the stick) with a couple of the pads buttons representing the Left and Right button.

Or will you be using a more complex system built around the pad (like LMA Manager)?

I'd personally prefer the first system.

Will the match engine be the same as the current PC version (6.0.3.) I ask this simply because I want to know whether the tactics i've made for my PC version will work the same on the 360 version.

Don't want to spend a long time walking between my PC and 360, copying the tactics only to find they don't work on the 360

You don't use a pointer system like in the PC game. You navigate around and select items using the coloured buttons with a legend at the bottom showing you what each button does. Menus are popped up using the shoulder buttons. It might sound scary but it's easy enough to pick up.

I'm pretty sure the match engine is the same as the 6.0.3 one.

No, like I said above it uses a selection type system rather than you moving a pointer like you did in our last game on Xbox.

Its totaly wierd to start of with to the point that you think half the features are missing ( but they arent )

I can honestly say that I love the control system no HDTV so cant enjoy the split screen
