me and frend r playin dis on hotseat mode.
im man utd and he's aresenal.
im higher than him in the premiership. got further in the every cup, beat him both times played in the league. but i got sacked while he didn't.

WHY did this happen?

Different clubs have different tolerance levels and you might get sacked easier at one club than at another, even if you do better.

There are a large number of factors that can contribute to you being fired such as bad squad management or bad financial management as well.
