Blotto - thanks for that, we'll look into whether that is the issue as well. All other ideas are welcome.
Both ourselves and MS are looking into it. It seems to be a sporadic problem (meaning that some people are connecting fine, other are connecting fine sometimes and not at others, and some haven't connected at all yet), which is why we're a bit flummoxed. For instance, I have problems connecting at home using the wireless adaptor and my router, but no problems at all using wired. But some people have had wired issues, and no problems with wireless!
We'll update when we have more info, and will keep checking this thread through Easter, but whilst we'll still be working, I doubt MS' engineers will be, so please be patient.
Can those with problems please see if the TV settings are the same on both games (the hz setting)? There might be an issue of compatibility between 50hz and 60hz TV sets apparently.
