Default Signing Coaches

Can someone enlighten me as to how to sign coaches, please?

I've placed an advert for a coach but no one is interested. I have read the instructions and it claims to have a 'staff search' function, but can only see the player search.

Thanks in advance.

It was a bit confusing at first for me too.

I know there's a staff search but you have to go through a separate menu to get to it and I can't remember which one it is atm sorry.

If no one has answered you by tomorrow afternoon, I'll pop on me 360 and find out for ya.

you need to go into jobs, think its LB, but instead of just looking at jobs available you can post your positions with Y. Think thats right, anyway you get emails for people applying for your jobs, phsyo, coaches etc

To get to the Staff search go to the player search and then press the RB button there will be the staff search option in this menu.

Done and done. If ya at a team with a bit of money (ie. have 'bout £million to spare on coaches), get the lowest-paid 15+ rated coaches in each separate stat, just in case yah wanted any help with coaching btw.

Why's that?
Some of 'em don't wanna join you, but generally the lower down the pay scale you go, the easier they are to sign too. And most of the ones that don't wanna go (certainly on lower wages/reputations) can be swayed by giving them a big wage increase.

Just don't forget to check the compensation amounts at the bottom of the contract negotiation screen, as in one game a few months back on the PC version I forgot and ended up spending Man. City's entire £8million transfer budget on coaches! Arf

LOL. None want to really join me. I want to have a dedicated goalkeeping coach and my budget allows me to offer wages upto £275.

Every coach that I find to be a suitable candidate for me and my team. Always say they are happy where they are and are not interested in joining me.
