They are delighted that i have acheived their aim of being a challenger for the league title ahead of schedule.

It was only a good late run (5 wins out of 6) that got me into 5th place 22 points behind the winners.

Not a hugely accurate statement by the board, however, if its a large scale improvement from previous seasons, then maybe, only maybe, it could be forgiven.
