Default Low league, low cost for players

Hi, i was just wondering, i started as (part timers) Blyth in Blue Square North. I am playing a lan game with another guy who is playing as southport, i am running with the patch. it seems that i can offer the players much lower contracts than if the other human does and the players are fine with it. I got promoted to the premier devision and am still a part time team and still can offer really low contracts to pretty good players... how is this possible? and how do i become a full time team?

Thanks,

I didn't think it was. Do you have a screenshot or anything?

And can you extrapolate on this low contract thingy, like a specific example?

It's not that I don't beleive you, I've just never heard of anything like this.

Hmmm, seems like i might have been wrong, i did not re-evaluate my players after i got promoted... their wages all went up 25%.. that seems normal. How do i get my team to be full time?

May need all your players and staff on full time contracts. If they're already on full time, then I'm completely lost!!

The chairman will announce the team has gone pro after the completion of a season. Just do well in your league and make sure you have a little cash in the bank. The board will notice you have to go full-time to be competitive and announce it.
