Is there any way i can turn off being sacked. I really just wanna focus on one team and wen i slip down to 5th i get fired. Im sure some amazing gamer will say this is cheating and im not playing properly, well i dont care, thats how i want to play it and if someone could tell me that would be great.

There is no way you can do that, and I doubt they'll ever implement that. It has to do with the confidence feature, it'd be pointless to have confidence if you'll never get sacked.

I'd suggest you to learn and develop tactics to strive up your team instead of worrying about getting sacked. Also, you can always add new user to the same team if you get sacked.

How about playing some dominant force in the league, like Inter for Italy, Bayern for Germany, Madrid for Spain or Chelsea for EPL. You should be able to familiarize yourself with the game. That's considered an easy mode of FM. Then you can start more challenging games like playing some small clubs.

The easiest way to get around sacking is using editor, lol. Just make a super team that can hardly lose. But that's only for kindergarten kids.
