Lyon have made an offer worth 2Mio + 7Mio over 24 months for Donadel - i try to negotiate to 4Mio + Ben Arfa - Lyon withdraw their offer without further negotiation - Donadel is unhappy because i have not allowed him to talk with Lyon -> why?

I think you answered that one yourself - he wasn't allowed to talk with Lyon.

where is the refusal? lyon pulled out because they didnt like the offer, not the selling team, not the player..

He negotiated the deal to a level where Lyon were unhappy with the price, thus pulling out, and making the player unhappy as he didn't even get to discuss anything with them.
