i notice chelsea, liverpool , man u,arsenal etc getting great respawn players, that are wow, just as good as bojan or carlos vela or henri saviet


my question is : how do i scout these great players? everytime i send my scouts on overseas scouting missions they dont find any players to recommend. they are world class scouts btw. im playing spurs, won the league 4 times in a row already.

I sent my scouts on the look out for players at most age 17 and i got 2 players with the potential 4 stars (which i believe means about the same as the average in your squad) so as i was liverpool at the time, i presume that average is quite high so i signed them, dunno how they came out though, couldnt find any wonderkids though.

Some "grey players" who appear when you have slected a small datbase are really good, however they only play a mediocre club and are only 19y
