For those of you who like to play a career game. i.e. into 2020+ then you will have noticed the lack of good regens Sin8's Thread

Well I have an imperfect solution which holds up pretty well under testing.

I went on the database and adjusted the youth setup of clubs as follows;

Changed clubs with youth setup from 19 to 20
18 to 20
17 to 19
16 to 18
15 to 17
14 to 16

I also added youth academies to all of the clubs in the range 14 to 20 that didn't preveously have one

Adusted clubs youth setup from 13 to 15 + add academies for clubs with a rep of greater than 5000

adjusted clubs youth setup from 13 to 14 for clubs with rep 4000 to 4999

I holidayd a season with 10 nations until 2016 and the results pretty promising, I'm just holidaying a regular database to compare results

I'm gonna need some help in uploading the database to rapidshare or Megaupload etc if someone wants the Database, as I dont know how to do it
