Why is it that when I play a game, during team talks my assistant is like a professional in saying the right things. When I go on holiday and let him manage, he says absolutely nothing. This makes my players unhappy and suddenly they want to leave the club even though they used to be perfectly happy at the club.

Why do you go on a holliday ? Do it yourself and if you are anny good you wont have this problem.

The assistant use the why can't you play like this every match too often and that is bound to upset the players.
