can anyone help me, i search for the easiest way to make facepacks without background

1) Open up photoshop, create a new image and check the 'transparent background' box.

2) Select the image you want and paste it. Right-click the image on the 'layers' box and click 'set layer transparency' or something like that. Hit 'Q' and the background should go red. Then just save and it should show without a background in game.

I just used the magic wand with a bit of feathering on the area around the player.

I'm going to put up some tutorials at some point when I get a chance as there are various different techniques you can use to get rid of the background. Some work better than others depending on the picture.
