hi,
i have downloaded the flex skin for fm08. However, when i go onto prefrences on the game, it only comes up with the defult skin. How do i put the flex skin onto this list? I have put the skin in to the skin file on my documents.

put it in the skin folder, then go into the game and tick the box that says somethign like 'always reload skin on refresh' and it should be there.

After downloading the Flex file did you open it in WinRar and extract all the files into your skins folder?

i have found it and downloaded it
however how do i use it to extract the files

1. Download and install WinRar

2. Download the flex skin file to your PC (desktop is easiest but it can be saved anywhere)

3. Find the downloaded file and double-click it, this should start WinRar and open the file

4. If you see a pop-up window asking you to register, just click the 'close' button

5. Click the button 'Extract To'

6. Select the path:
CDocuments and Settings\{user}\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\skins

7. Click OK

The compressed files will be extracted into your skins folder within sub-folders called flex and flex_right
