ive downloaded a stadium pack, and its in my fm2008 file but how do i put it into my game? thanks.

Extract the file using winrar.

Then once you have done that, Just pop the folders into:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Backgrounds

Or if you have downloaded a skin, depending on the skin name:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Skins/SKIN NAME/Graphics/Backgrounds
