I do my changes but then when i save it i save it to version 7.0.0 and it doent work when i start a new game

i also have this problem. i just cant load my new database. i have made a new one and saved it but wen i load up fm07 and start a new game it just isnt there

Yeah, I have to agree, it's annoying.

I have spent about a week creating a new database, changing and editing all the relegations and promotions and the summer transfers in England up to today using the Sky Sports website. I was going to wait until the transfer window closed to start playing it, but couldn't be bothered waiting. I seem to remember some option in the game asking you which database you wanted to load up when you started a new game, but I'll be buggered if I can find out how to get my new data in to a working game. Some body, please help us?

I got problems with edited database too, but in another way.
I've made some changes in player stats, stadium capacity/ name and added some new players.

When I start a new game I choose the name of this saved database. I'm not able to choose clubs in the edited country (Norway), only all other nations.

Any ideas how to fix it ?

My problem is slightly different. I've done a shack load of editing for the new season and now my game doesnt work...it loads up ok until it gets to "creating manager shortcuts" or something like that (the last loading process before the select user screen)...Im gutted and I dont want to have to uninstall, then re-install, and start again...and every data "update" I download never works

Help urgently required!!

I'm trying to get my transfer update to work. When I edit a team manually and save, it does ask me which database i want to load up in the game but when i load transfer updates in the editor and save, when starting a new game it does not ask me which database i want to load up? It loads up the default database? I've tried everything. Any ideas?

save your db as different file name,then when u start new game..choose database with your own save file database...simple....
