Cutting a tree
I have this photo of a tree in the forground, with a house behind it. I want to remove the house from the photo, would it be easier to select the tree and put it on a different layer or select the house and remove it. ? What is the best way to select a tree like this? I have read that the pen tool is not the correct way to select trees and leaves. So does anyone know what is?

Re: Cutting a tree
Look at your extract filter, do some reseach on how to extract trees ,hair, etc, try a google seach, but i think that it would be your best option.

Re: Cutting a tree
that's a helluva project you've decided to do. What's so special about 'That' tree that you couldn't use one that didn't require so much work? \:/

That's going to be a
major pain in the butt.
It's possible that it can be done, but you'll have to use multiple techniques to do it,
IMO .
This tutorial might help you with some of it.

Good luck. Welcome to PSG.

Exactly, a major(!) pain, especially with an image of poor quality.
