Change foreigner limit?

Let's say that, in real life, a league were to change its limit on foreign players allowed on a squad.

Is there any way that I can change that using the FM Editor? I've been looking around and I don't see anything.

Leaguer rules are hard coded into the game so are uneditable- you could usee FMM to change the nationality of players to get round it if you were desperate.

Alright, thanks for the reply. I might just use the editor to give a player a second nationality in my custom database.
