Hi i have just downloaded and extracted the update but there doesnt seem to be anything in the file when i open it, i have used the weegie updates before so i assumed i was doing it correctly...any ideas?

i followed the guidelines on weegie website, extarcted it thru winzip onto desktop, but when i opened the folder there were just 2 empty folders inside...?

its a rar file not a zip file!

sorry you will have to talk in english rather than pc jargon cos no that pc literate. I have always used the same process when downloading the weegie update and it has always worked bar this one. Ill go download again to see if it works, thanks though.

dont think the guidlines tell you to extract to desktop.

From what i gather and from what ive done that works fine, your have to loctate your game through (usually)
1- c:/
2- program files
3- Sports interactive
4- football manager
5- data
6- db (makes sure it goes into this file)

you dont need to look in the file or anything like that when you next load a new game it will ask you if you want to load version 7.0.2 or fm weegie (it is important that 7.0.2 is teh version you have installed prior to weegie being installed) hope this helps.
