Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I just wanted to know if the league standard of a nation changes during the game? i.e. Belarus's league standard is 5, so will it always be 5, or will it change (in the game) depending on how well the teams do in europe etc...

plus does the league standard of a nation effect the quality of the regens from clubs in that nation?

It will change (rise) if a Belarusian team wins a major continental competition.

About the regens, can't say for sure. I'm conducting an experiment that is roughly based on that and will probably come to some conclusion but for now... answer is probably no, at least not directly.

Nah the league reputation doesnt change from what I know. This reputation affects how high a club's reputation can go. So with that a club's reputation from Belarus might not be able to go higher then 3000. Club reputations affect regens so it will affect the quality of regens created.
