can somebody please tell me how i go about gettin more experienced members of my team to tutor the youngre ones please? i have looked everywhere and cant find out where it is.

go to the player profiles and click player interaction on the bottom left corner.

in the next screen, u should be able to choose which players (bottom drop down) and choose the comment (eg role model.. etc) before you r done.

i may just be really stupid but its not on there!! iv got player interaction and its got, ask about a coach player etc, you are gonna ret him because... etc

is this defo the only way to tutor players?

click on the youth player you want to be tutored, then on his player interaction and then scroll down at the bottom and it should be there and then you just confirm it :S
