Can anyone help on how to read action zones and ajust my tactic accordingly??

You cant really use only the action zones to determine your tactics. It just shows you which part of the field the ball is in most often, and by which team. You use the action zones to determine where the problems lie (i.e. att, def or mid) and then go to the stats screen and asses which players (in the particular area of the field) are playing well or not
