First of all, I'm not using the beta patch

I struggled with Liverpool in my first 2 games, both times I quit because of frustration, I just couldn't score to save my life and goals were conceded too much too often.

Now I'm playing with Bayern (I know it's a sure win) and I solved the problem with no goals scored, I score almost 3 per game at average, but the problem is that almost 2 per game are conceded.

My formation is:

My FBs are on first notch defensive and the CBs have mentality of 2, the team is playing direct passing, quick, wide and attacking

I don't get it how Barzagli can't have over 60% headers won per match with 20 heading, 19 jumping etc.

Any help would be appreciated

Also should I put a barrow on Demichelis in order for him to help the defense even more?

there are a number of things you could do, you could decrease the defensive line although since you play attacking you might leave too much space in the middle which then i would recommend positioning demichelis as a dm and van der vaart as an amc so you would have a diamond 4-4-2. another things is if you have your FBs very defensive then make sure the forward runs is ticked off as leaving it on would contradict the other instruction and they would often be out of position. another thing is closing down, i tend to lower that for every defender and def mid as i noticed that they would get beaten sometimes. hopefully this helps you out.

I put a farrow on v d Vaart and a barrow on Demichelis or whoever plays there, 3 games after...

Wolfsberg (LL club, away in the cup with a b squad and lead by my Ass Man) 3-0
Leverkusen (home) 4-0
Hannover (away) 3-1

The only goal was conceded late on in the game, when we were 3-0 up

The defense is doing well (finally) but in attack 60% of attacks is focused on what v d Vaart can do (14 games, 10 goals, 12 assists) but others are starting to play better

Top of the league, 2 points clear, looking good
