Coaches who give you 7 stars in training
So, who are they and what category should they focus on to get 7 stars?
I currently have:
NAME: Jon Andoni Goikoetxea
CATEGORY: Set Pieces
STARTS AT: Osasuna
NAME: Justo Lillo
CATEGORY: Tactics
STARTS AT: Liverpool
NAME: Xavi Valero
CATEGORY: Goalkeeping
STARTS AT: Liverpool

Well, if u want a 7-star training, theese trainers has to focus on what they got the best STAT on..

It'll vary from game to game. Below is a list of attriubtes needed to get 5 stars in FM2007. As far as I can tell, this hasn't changed for 7 stars in 08.

Does "tactical" mean coaching tactical or tactical knowledge? Or both?

hmm this a def 7 set piece coach eiler just im perfect at getting everyone else to seven just i usally have to get a good attacking coach and another with good mental and tech.
im not a shabby team either im newcastle so i will check out jon andoni.

a lot of the coaches have different stats when you start up a new game. i started a new game to find the coaches that gave me 7* on the old one didn't have the same stats 2nd time round...

The nice thing is that coaches improve over time just like players. I had a surprise the other day when I checked my training page and saw an extra star in almost every category. So even if you don't find/afford those super coaches you can get better in time. Training facilities help too.
