Default Getting video on canvas

I have a few photos that have been converted to a painting style and printed on canvas. Does anyone know if it's possible to do the same with video? What I'd like is a short video of my daughter running/jumping etc and turning that into a canvas so that there is a series of images of her from start to finish.

Thanks for any advice

Yes it's possible, but it will take a long time. You could do this with Photoshop by exporting all the frames of the movie, processing them (in a batch if your lucky) and exporting them back out as a video.

It's also possible that the effect you want is available as a plug-in for a video compositing program... but if you don't have one, I wouldn't drop the money on one just for a single project... they're expensive and there's a learning curve.
