Been working great, and i won the league with city the first season, only bringing in doyle, defoe, modric and sapara.
Have also changed the defensive settings a little on the original tactic, as i didnt want to give up to much space behind my d/line. If anyone are interested just let me know
Altough at the end of last season i had a feeling the AI was figuring out my tactic as i totally dominated the games, but didnt managed to score.. Had played 25 consecutive leaguematches without a loss, and with the history of theese games, thats usually what happends. So im going to make some other changes as well, just to mess up the AI! :p

I'm using this tactic with Sunderland. Great tactic so far. I made one change I put closing down team to 6 and my central defenders mentality to 6 also. It seems to work for now anyways. Best result so far is 3-0 home win against Liverpool. Cheers.

Only problem with this tactic sam is the habit of conceding alot straight after you score |

Sorry, I mean thank sfox and Patrick. Sam, the 4141 cannot work with my team, I'll try it with other teams.

sfox85, when you say you use default individual instructions, do you mean you "set to striker" and "set to defensive midfielder" etc? or you leave them as they are in the 4-3-3 formation ..

Still using this great tactic and it works.
After 24 played games im 5th in premier league with one game less played than the topp 4.
Have only sold Sun Jihai for 4.5million euro and Samaras for 3.
Playing Issy in goal
Onouha Breno/Dunne Corluka Garrido
Richards
Cana Johnson
Elano Petrov
Vassel
RIchards as DM, also bought in Breno and Lorik Cana. Goal,Def and central midfield is good , only flaw is Wingers, strikers and Garrido. Not being top.
Will soon be going for a new striker or wait for Boj to recover or sturridge to come back from loan in Aberdeen. As Bianchi dont cut it, have had more goals playing Vassel on top.

Having problems getting out the potential of Bianchi and Elano. Bianchi have hard time doing the solo striker, most because he is so damn slow i think as in real life .
And Elano aint that good as AMR
Hows it going for you guys with these players?
