Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

I tried the tactic for the first 10 games for Spurs and lost 5, drew 3 and lost 2.

I managed to find a good one on sortioutsi forums. It worked well for about 16 games, but the AI seems to have worked it out and i've lost 3 on a row.

Used the tactic for 6 games, won all of them.
Using Micah Richards as a DM.

Have tweaked this tactic too use against the top4 teams at home/away, and those boogey teams away.

Been working great, and i won the league with city the first season, only bringing in doyle, defoe, modric and sapara.

Have also changed the defensive settings a little on the original tactic, as i didnt want to give up to much space behind my d/line. If anyone are interested just let me know

Altough at the end of last season i had a feeling the AI was figuring out my tactic as i totally dominated the games, but didnt managed to score.. Had played 25 consecutive leaguematches without a loss, and with the history of theese games, thats usually what happends. So im going to make some other changes as well, just to mess up the AI! :p
