Anyone notice players dont properly follow instructions? I play with 5 at the back and all I ask of my players is long passing to target man run onto ball. What I get is slow building passes into the midfield. How can i get them to hoof every ball up the pitch?

That's a funny one. Maybe you could share your instruction cause I heard more of people complaining about players hoofing the long ball instead of patient build up play!
