Is this a bug they not fixed yet? I installed the beta patch and set all my training to overall workload medium.

After a couple of months on the training screen my training has begain to increase slightly.




Now when I view this on the players profile none of the attributes has increased like they should have as shown in the training screen.





Why?

try waiting for a couple of months more and you should see numbers change.

In previous version it took a month to se some change, every month there would be some difference.

Has this been changed now?

I see changes not from that screen but from the training > attributes screen and it does take more than a month for effects to register as numerical changes

I noticed this too. Like Rashidi I see the numerical chances from the training>attributes screen. I doubt it is a bug but if the problem persists-report it in the bugs forum.

I did a season run and noted the numbers down you should see it register as numerical values.

Well if it is just changing it numerically, then whats the point of having those arrows then?

Arrows will show progress during the period...there could be positive improvements. There are several types of arrows as well. Some show slight improvements, others show stronger improvements.

The arrows will show currently if the play is improving from training.

i've seen 2 or 3 players getting green arrows on all stats, but others just don't have arrows. when the month is over and i get the couch report none of the players he says have any arrows. some players get better numerical stats without the arrows but it's only a small change on one attribute. IMO the arrows are bugged and the training takes too long to make some effect, i've made half a season and all of youngster (30 of them, yes i'm crazy) are still the same.
